Experienced *Property Manager* needed for a local Property Management Company.

We are looking for a highly capable property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Oversee the leasing process and conduct property tours.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the property, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and cost-effective solutions.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor analysis to optimize rental rates and occupancy levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Yardi or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate lease terms.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional customer service skills, negotiation and problem solving skills.
