That aside, before we moved back in, my brother, and his friend from Montana had been renting this entire place out for the last 3 years.
When we moved back in, they shifted to the 2 rooms (on the right hand side of the drawing) and shared the full bathroom.
However, their employment along with the locations needed to them have simply changed.
So, now 2 other people get the same opportunity.
That opportunity is to rent the 2 bedrooms (there's a shared full bathroom), and as soon as we (my wife and I) can get things wrapped up with the general contractor/house build (which we are trying to move as fast as we possibly can).

There are lots of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, you name it around.
I guess before we look at 2 individual renters (and we will be looking at them to, so feel free to respond), but preferably, we would like 2 friends that know each other (like my brother and his buddy), or a single parent and child who needs/wants their own room, or a couple who also wants an office or something or other.
All in all we are open, but we would like to just have no more than 2 other people here with those 2 rooms filled, for a total of 4 people altogether in the house (just makes things easier).
