$500 / 2br - Large bedroom in a 2 Br apartment (Ithaca)

I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment near the Ithaca mall.
The room for rent is the larger room which is $500 per month.
(We need to pay half a year's rent at one time to get this discount, otherwise it will be higher).
The rent includes heat and water etc.
Tenants only need to pay electricity and WiFi that costs $30-50 each person.
The apartment is spacious.
There is a large living room, a kitchen and a shared bathroom.
Pictures show the apartment before I moved in.
It is close to route 30 and 32 bus stops.
Buses come every 15 min.
Parking is free.
There are grocery stores, restaurants and shopping center within walking distance.
I am a female postdoc.
