Sleeper Sofa - PRICE REDUCED -full size - $400 (Ithaca Northeast near Cornell)

Need an extra bed for the holidays? Klaussner "Tilly" Full size sleeper sofa in excellent condition.
Has been in our spare bedroom and probably hasn't been slept on more than a dozen nights.
Non-smoking house.
Full size (52" x 72") mattress.
Sofa is 69" wide x 36" deep x 32" high (to top of pillows).
Mattress is completely clean and unmarked.
Light gray-brown fabric ("Furby Pewter"- who dreams up these names???) upholstery is in excellent condition - no stains, marks, cuts, tears, etc.
Originally purchased from Sam Peter in Ithaca.
Sofa is located on second floor of an old house with narrow corridors and staircase.
We got it up with no problems so are confident it can be moved down but it is heavy.
Please be prepared to move it carefully!
