LOVESEAT RECLINER - MUST GO BY 1/30/24 - $500 (Ithaca)

This is a super comfortable loveseat recliner from Raymour & Flanigan.
I am moving out of state and need to sell this couch ASAP.
The couch was purchased new for $2200 so this is an absolute steal.
The couch is in a second floor apartment in downtown Ithaca and will require a large vehicle to transport as well as two strong individuals to get it down the stairs.
I will potentially accept a lower offer for anyone able to come this weekend if possible (1/27 or 1/28).
