30 to 60 pr/hr depending on the job.
Experience in all the above and small carpentry, masonry, and good and fixing things together around the house and property.
I care about leaving you feeling satisfied with my work.
I have the rates for one person.
Can bring more help also.
30 to 40 for labor.
40 pr/hr for moving if you have a truck.
60 pr/hr for moving with my van.
I have moved college students in Ithaca in less than a hour with all belongings.
Is good for students with not a lot of furniture if any.
If needed we can take multiple trips.
If long trips out of town will lower the rate.
Will travel long distance.
I have a van with a good a amount of space in the back.
No seats.
If you need another person to help lift something and you can not help there is the option of you finding some one or I find someone and that would cost extra.
Also if you want to or do not want to help that is fine either way.
I am efficient with others time.
Good with plants and has some permaculture skills.
Into Organic Farming for those that do.
I know its not for everyone at the moment.
Have done a little of everything.
Good and organizing and may clean.
Good with animals.
Dumping Is 20 fee.
Unless over 333 pounds then is more.
Items that do not require a charge you of course will not get that fee.
For example like scrap metal.
Will not take waste or trash.
As in if its to wet or has a harsh smell I will not take it.
More for large items you can not move and or get rid of yourself.

If you can send pictures or at least describe what I would be moving with its size.
If for a labor job please give me good description of the work and or pictures.
Will do/prefer larger jobs.
