Unit Manager needed for a skilled nursing facility located in Ithaca, NY
Salary: Up To $120K per year (Depending on Experience)
Qualifications of the Unit Manager:
Must have NY Registered Nurse license
Must have previous experience as a Unit Manager
Must have long term care experience
Must have nurse management experience/background
Responsibilities of the Unit Manager:
Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
