A reputable healthcare system in the Finger Lakes Region of New York is searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing.
In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing with planning, implementing, evaluating, and directing the daily functions of the Nursing Department.
You will ensure the nursing care delivered is grounded in the principles of relationship-based care and reflects a patient/family-centered focus.

_Responsibilities:_
* Oversee the daily supervisory responsibilities of the Nursing department.
* Oversee the Performance Improvement Program to ensure the delivery of care aligns with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
* Oversee the PRI and MDS process, maximizing reimbursement capabilities.
* Utilize nursing research, nursing literature, and evidenced-based information to find innovative solutions to achieve the best patient outcomes and enhance the patient and family experience.
* Create a positive performance-oriented department through open and consistent communication with staff.
_Qualifications:_
* A BSN is highly preferred.
* Active RN license.
* 4+ years of leadership experience.
* 2+ years of experience in LTC.
_Additional info:_
* Full-time, permanent position
* Schedule; Monday-Friday, days
* Pay; $95,000-$99,000, depending on experience.
